Jenny at age 14

About our owner

Jenny Hildebrand (Trainor) has worked in the veterinary field for over 20 years, and even before that her life centered around animals.  As a little girl her mother used to call her “the Worm Doctor” because after every rainstorm little six year old Jenny would go running outside to save all the stranded worms that would invariably get trapped on the sidewalk, ferrying them to safety in the grass.

As she grew up she began taking in stray, orphaned and abandoned animals of all kinds; dogs, cats, squirrels, rabbits and birds, nursing them back to health if need be, and either returning them to the wild, finding a good home for them, or letting them share her life.

Over the years Jenny has worked with a number of animal rescue organizations, including Lab Rescue and Japanese Chin Rescue.  She was a foster mother many times over, a job she loved beyond words (she really didn’t consider it a job.)

Nowadays Jenny has 10 critter children of her own, including five dogs, three cats, and two birds.  You can find pictures of her little darlings splashed all over this website and you can click here to meet them in more detail.

About Gotta Go!

Gotta Go! was formed with one goal in mind.  Exceptional pet care at affordable prices.  Our animals have always been the center of our lives, and we always treat each and every one of our clients’ animals in the same way.  We recognize that every pet is different, as is every pet owner, and we tailor our services to your and their unique needs.

Ultimately we love animals.  It’s that simple.  Gotta Go! was formed so that we could meet and spend time with great pets and their owners.  Gotta Go! is founded on four basic principles:

Your pet comes first: Our most important commitment is to your pets.  To their health and well-being, and to their overall happiness.  We strive in everything we do to make sure all their needs are met, and more.

Your needs come second: We work for 100% customer satisfaction.  If you aren’t happy with something, then we haven’t done our job properly.  We want each of our clients to feel just as cared for as their pets.

Always act with honesty and integrity: We know how difficult it can be to entrust your pets to others.  You are very particular with the vet you choose, and you should be just as vigilant with your pet sitter.  We will work hard to earn your trust.

Exceptional Service: We treat your animals like they are our only clients, like they are our own.  You can feel confident leaving them in our care.
